If you are creating Facebook ads through their interface, every single time you want to create new ads, you have to recreate all of the targeting parameters. Likester Pro alleviates this burden in several different ways:
- Like Groups – You can create groupings of Likes that you want to target, and we call those Like Groups. This allows you to create consumer profiles based upon precise interest buckets, such as “fashionistas” or “NFL fans” that contain hundreds of Likes each. The more precision you use in your targeting, the more measureable the results are, and different groups of individuals will respond differently.
- Demographic Groups – Similar to Like Groups, a Demographic Group is a combination of age/gender/city/state/country groupings. IE, you might create a Demographical Group which you could call “Men 20-30 in Top 50 USA Cities”, this would then contain 50 different demographics, such as “Men aged 20-30 in Seattle, WA, USA” and “Men aged 20-30 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA”.
- Segments – Segments are arbitrary combinations of Like Groups and Demographic groups. Once created, you can publish over and over to a single segment with just a few clicks.

When you select a segment to publish Facebook Ads against, we automatically put the most granular level of targeting possible in each Ad Group. For example, if you target 10 different Likes in 10 different Demographics, Likester Pro will publish 100 AdGroups into Facebook automatically, alleviating the need for further optimization.

Goal Optimized Bidding is a new mechanism that you can use to have Facebook automatically raise and lower your bids based upon the goals you outline. In simple terms, you can tell Facebook what you’d like to accomplish, and Facebook will raise and lower your bids in real time. For example, you’d like to have people install your Facebook application, or Like your page, or RSVP to your event. This Goal-Optimized bidding is setup directly from Likester Pro, no need to configure anything further in Facebook.

It’s next to impossible to reuse ads in the Facebook Ads user interface. Likester Pro creates an actual library for you, so that you can reuse an ad if you’d like, without having to recreate it from scratch every time.

We’ve taken all the possible targeting options in Facebook, and we think we’ve organized them a little more intuitively for large-scale marketers.
