Elected as Nebraska’s 31st Attorney General in 2002, Jon Bruning has dedicated his career to defending the defining principles of the United States Constitution. Re-elected without opposition in 2006 and 2010, he continues to push against federal expansion by leading multi-state legal challenges of unconstitutional congressional actions and federal agency regulations. Bruning received both his undergraduate and law degrees with distinction from the University of Nebraska.
