GagMode重要日誌： GagMode團隊成立於2010年5月，由一班中學生和兩位成年朋友組成(負責網站技術)，大家各有所長，分工合作，有人負責寫稿，有人負責配音，有人負責剪接，是一個年青的製作團隊。 2010年6月：正式開始製作免費網上影片，逢星期一至六，每日一片(有時會甩期)。 2010年9月：因學業問題，大部份團員都離團專心讀書，由曾經高峰期有40多位團員，減至不足10人。 2010年10月：得到 LeeDeeLive 的贊助，提供技術及創意支援，並開始和幾位通識顧問合作，優化影片內容。 2011年1月：由原來每日一片，改為每星期三出片，並開始協助新城電台製作影片。 2011年2月：成立 GagMode電台 (http://radio.gagmode.com)，並以Studio及廣告Agency形式，接拍商業廣告影片及網絡行銷推廣業務，合作品牌包括：RedBull紅牛、K-11、彩虹糖、維特健寧、環球唱片、GoYeah.com、iCon、iCable等... 2011年3月：改為不定期推出「搞作」影片。 2011年4月：開展全面收購LeeDeeLive Entertainment Ltd.
