Spinetta Style: Luis Alberto Spinetta nació en Buenos Aires, Argentina el 23 de enero de 1950. Oriundo del barrio porteño de Belgrano. Su padre era un cantante de tangos aficionado y Spinetta desde niño fue aficionado a la música. A los 12 años participó de un concurso nacional de canto resultando seleccionado para realizar una gira aunque desistió de hacerla. En esa época comienza a tomar sus primeras, y únicas, lecciones de guitarra, ya que prontamente se transformaría en músico autodidacta. Más tarde, en el colegio secundario, conoce a Emilio del Guercio quien sería su principal colaborador en los inicios de su carrera musical, además de un gran amigo. También comienza a tocar en distintas bandas con amigos y compañeros de colegio, hasta conocer al resto de los integrantes de lo que sería su primera gran banda.
