POST GE2011 IN SINGAPORE, THIS PETITION HAS GAINED ATTENTION OF THE MEDIA We should all be very objective here and not let emotions override our remarks. Under Singapores legislation, there is currently no provision for a replacement of the MP-elect.However,this petition seeks to appeal against Ms Tin Pei Ling as a Member of Parliament in Singapore on the basis that election rules were allegedly breached and citizens have the right for their voices to be heard. The election results of Marine Parade GRC reveal a very narrow margin between both contesting parties. Such an appeal is perpetuated as the votes of the election determine the winning party but do not represent consent by the citizens to have Ms Tin Pei Ling as a Member of Parliament in Singapore. The voices of the nation is represented by supporters of this facebook page.We seek to have an official address and investigation into the matter of breaching election rules by Ms Tin Pei Ling.
