In this formation, Adaptor brought the songs and some songs from Terrorizer and some own songs. From 1991 until 1993, Adaptor through several personnel changes that include: Doddy-Betrayer (bass), Fachmi-Mortus (bass), Lucky (drums), Dayat (drums), and still many others to bring genre songs death metal from Messiah, Entombed & some own songs. Then in 1993, changed again Adaptor formation becomes: Albar (vocal), Ibenk-Gegar Otak (lead guitar), Ricko (rhythm guitar), Hendra (bass), Obien (drums).
