Che cosa vogliamo fare? Generare cambiamenti nelle abitudini della popolazione come ad esempio: alimentazione corretta ed attività fisica regolare; incoraggiare ed invitare le famiglie e gli amici a partecipare alle attività sportive, ad una passeggiata, una corsa, ecc. Tecnologie e nuovi strumenti di comunicazione ci permettono oggi più che mai di diffondere tutto questo. Generare il movimento sportivo con il maggior impatto possibile a livello di massa, questo è l’obbiettivo che noi ci poniamo ed invitiamo anche voi a farlo! What do we want to do? Generate changes in the habits of the population such as: proper diet and regular physical activity, encourage and invite the families and friends to participate in sports activities, a walk, a run, etc..Technologies and new communication tools allow us now more than ever to spread this.
