Rock/Post Hardcore/Indie: Awal mula terbentuk band ini adalah pada bulan April 2006 dengan mengusung genre post hardcore/modern rock sejak pertama terbentuk sampai dengan sekarang telah silih berganti personil mulai dari Dede dan Adit (1st and 2nd bassist), Ai (1st vocal), Orock (1st guitarist), Salt - Danger Ranger/ Syubidubidapap (1st keyboardist), sampai dengan Adis - Deoxide (2nd guitarist). Nama FOR REVENGE kala itu bermakna akan pelampiasan amarah atas setiap masalah yg terjadi di tiap kehidupan masing-masing personil, sehingga sampai sekarang pun telah menjadikan banyak inspirasi dari lagu2 mereka. FOR REVENGE juga sempat di riview beberapa Stasiun TV Lokal Bandung di antaranya PJTV dalam acara LOKAL LEBEL, dan juga STV dalam acara Ziggy Wiggy, dan interview dengan koran Pikiran Rakyat. FOR REVENGE telah lama malang melintang di kancah panggung PENSI dan GIGS music indie sekitar Bandung, Panggung2 Jakarta, Bogor, Serang, Pandegelang, Jogjakarta, dan Surabaya juga pernah dijajaki mereka dalam acara STONED COLLEGE TOUR yg dM.
